Reminders before anything runs out
We email you 60 days and 30 days before each cert expires, at 9am UK time. Plenty of time to book a refresher. If you don't need reminders for a particular cert, untick it.

Anything expiring soon or already expired shows up front and centre, so you never miss it.
Your Vantage number, always to hand
Save it once on your profile. It shows on your home screen and is included on your share links if you want it to be.
Trips and calendar links
Add mobilisation and demobilisation dates with the location. Add each trip to Google, Outlook or Apple calendar in one tap, and see your next trip on the home screen.
Share links that keep you in control
Tap "Send all my certs". Everything is ticked by default, so untick anything you don't want to send. Then share the link however you like.

Private storage
Certificates are stored away from the public part of the website. They can only be opened through checked links that expire.
Every link logged
Each time a link is opened it's recorded, so you can see who has had access and when.
Take it with you
Download all your data, or delete your account and everything in it, whenever you want.
Works like an app
No app store needed. Open the site on your phone and add it to your home screen. It gets its own icon and opens full screen, just like any other app.
Stay logged in
Tick "Keep me logged in on this device" and you won't need your password every time you open it.
